A 3-star hotel in South Tyrol with history

100 years of style and wellbeing

Our 3-star hotel in South Tyrol - Hotel Kolping Merano/Meran - has been offering its guests a special kind of holiday home for over 100 years now. Once upon a time, the building was home to the renowned Hotel Regina, built around the turn of the centuries in 1900, according to the style of Art Nouveau. Today, it is still boasting its ancient elegant façade with skilfully crafted iron balconies.

There are various factors, which make of this 3-star hotel in Merano/Meran a truly unique 3-star hotel in South Tyrol. After all our Hotel Kolping Merano/Meran is not only a stylish holiday home, but also the headquarters of Kolping Merano/Meran r.a., Kolping College and Kolping House. Following the philosophy of Adolph Kolping, this unique 3-star hotel in South Tyrol is all about living together and social responsibility.

In 2010, the Art-Nouveau style Hotel Regina was completely renewed and re-opened as 3-star Hotel Kolping Merano/Meran. In the following years, the house underwent further renovations, making of the 3-star hotel in South Tyrol a unique place of wellbeing: all hotel rooms were newly renovated and fitted with air-conditioning, the Cafè & Bistro was newly designed, the outdoor facilities and the pool were completely renovated.

In our 3-star hotel in South Tyrol we try to bridge history and modernity. But see for yourself!
