- Your room is ready for occupancy from 3:00 pm.
- Upon departure, please vacate your room by 10:00 am.
- Late check in: for arrivals after 8:00 pm, please contact us so we can arrange a late check-in for you.
A surcharge of €40.00 to €50.00 per night, depending on the season, applies for single occupancy of double rooms.
- Children aged 0 to 2 stay with us for free.
- Children between ages of 3 and 5: 70 % discount

Groups are also welcome at Hotel Kolping. Our establishment offers 25 double rooms and 4 single rooms, complimentary bus parking near the hotel and one free place for every 20 paying participants. Additionally, there's the option to use seminar rooms and the hotel's own chapel.
For the comfort of all guests, dogs and small pets are not permitted in the hotel.
Please contact us if you have any special food allergies or intolerances. We will try to take this into account so that you don't have to miss out on anything. However, we do not offer any special diet cuisine.
We offer parking spaces in the underground car park or in the nearby parking garage at Brunnenplatz as well as free outdoor parking spaces.
- All prices include statutory VAT. In addition, a local tax of €2.80 per person (aged 14 and over) per day is payable on site.
- Kolping members receive a 10% discount (except on package deals).
Sometimes things turn out differently than planned and you can't go on a trip that you've been looking forward to for a long time, or you can only arrive later, or you have to end it early. To ensure that in such cases you do not suffer financial losses in addition to the disappointment of missing your holiday, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
- There are no cancellation costs up to 7 days before arrival.
- If you cancel within 6 to 4 days before arrival, 50% will be charged, and within 3 to 2 days before arrival, 70% of the total booked amount will be charged.
- For cancellations within 1 day before arrival, for no-shows, late arrivals and early departures, 100% of the total booked amount will be charged.
